Yep. That Dr. I is a heartless fiend. Having to fight your own rival and brother? Talk about pressure .3. Anywho, here's Ztar Bowzer and Ztar Luigi. These two are bosses. You fight these two on your way to the Ztar Castle. And yes, you fight them both at the same time.

Ztar Bowser has various attacks, each with their own strength. His strongest attack is the Omega Beam. He’ll take two turns to charge up, and then his final turn will be firing the beam. Be sure to protect yourself when he attacks you with that because it will wipe you clean of your HP.
Ztar Luigi: That’s Ztar Luigi. Your poor lil bro got possessed by the Ztars. Now Dr. I is in control of him. My hatred for the Ztars just increased.

Ztar Luigi has various attacks as well, like Ztar Bowser. And just like Ztar Bowser, he has a really strong one too. His Omega Smash takes 3 turns to execute. He’ll charge up in two turns, then in the last turn, he’ll jump towards the sky and smash right into you. Like I said, take time to protect yourself.
